Abstract
Varicocele coomes up in 125-20% of boys at the beginning of puberty. It it is associated with testicular growth arrest, early surgery is recommended, and otherwise we wait for sperm analysis.
In adults, surgery is indicated in patients with fertility disorders or with pain.Microsurgical repair has become a standard repair.
