Abstract
The authors present a case of a man suffering from rough papules on his face and atrophic alopetia of his eyebrows. Skin biopsy was performed with conclusion of keratosis pillaris rubra atrophicans faciei – a rare disorder closely related to ulerythema ophryogenes.
Diagnostic considerations and treatment of this rare skin disorder is discussed.
