Abstract
The case describes a 37 year-old woman who was examined at our clinic for painful papuls on the heels of the lower extremities. According to clinical and histopathological examination we were able to confirm the diagnosis Piezogenních papules.
This disease is relatively common side-finding, which is typically without symptoms. Treatment is usually not necessary, sometimes it is appropriate to mitigate physical factors such as weight reduction, or the choice of appropriate footwear
