TomoProjCCF: A programme for estimation of displacements of projections in tomograms with respect to re-projections from already reconstructed volumes
Abstract
The TomoProjCCF is a Matlab programme allowing estimation of displacements between original tomogram projections and re-projections of a reconstructed computed by the Objzobraz programme. The aim is to refine the displacement of tomogram projections that were used to reconstruct the volume, from which the re-projections were computed.
