A novel HLA-A null allele (A*02:395N ) with stop codon in exon 2 generated by single nucleotide exchange

Abstrakt

In this report we describe a new null allele belonging to the A*02 group. Almost 100 nonexpressed human leukocyte antigen-A (HLA-A) null alleles were described in the IMGT/HLA database (Release 3.9.0 July 2012), 25 of them are in the HLA-A*02 group (1).
