Abstract
The article deals with the issue of state sovereignty as a functional category articulates the power of the state and its performance, based on the authorization of the limitations that brought about the development in the last fifty years (supranational delegation, human rights constraints), it is still necessary phenomenon, without which despite the "privatization" right, respectively. State can not do today's reality, regardless of whether this category (state sovereignty) we use, we recognize condemn or deny.
