Abstract

In this paper we describe our project under development and proof of concept for creation large Open-Linked Data repositories. Main problem is two fold: - Who will create (annotate) Open-Linked Data and in which vocabularies? - What will be the usage and profit of it? For first problem we propose several procedures how to create Open-Linked data including assisted creation of annotations (serving as base line or training set for Web Information Extraction tools), employ the social network and also specific approaches to create Open-linked data from governmental data resources.

We describe some use cases where such data can be used – e.g in e-commerce, recommending systems and in governmental and public policy projects.
