Conception of the assets to their delimitation on the new Czech Civil Code

Abstract

The paper has dealt with the issue of the concept of things and their division in the new Czech Civil Code in terms of reception of this issue ABGB, the government proposal in 1937, the two postwar codes of civil law based on Roman law.
