The paper focuses on the issue of research in the field of literary microcosm of textbooks of mathematics for lower secondary schools. The author’s aim is to study the world of these textbooks and characters that inhabit it.
Also she wants to focus on the whole system of textbook creation, publishing, selection and use at schools. Making use of both quantitative and qualitative paradigm, she will propose the methodological tools that will enable her to tackle the different aspects of the system.
