Abstract
'Technology' of communication (both exchange of information concerning the need of medical treatment and means of transport of a patient to a doctor, or vice versa) progressed during the second half of the 19th century and later on the broad scale of attitudes and complications of verbal or non-verbal communication between a patient and a doctor has not changed since then till now too much.
