Abstract
The reception of ethnomethodology among Czech sociologists, liguists and philosphers is reviewed and discussed. A report on the 2005 international conference of International Institute for Ethnomethodology and Conversation Analysis (Bentley College) is presented, plenary presentations and some other contributions are discussed.
