Abstract
The paper treats of the National Strategy of Sustainable Development and the UNDP-funded project „Towards Sustainability in the Czech Republic: Building of National Capacities“. It brings out assumptions and starting points that have constituted the project’s structure. In particular, it deals with an analysis of natural resources and education for sustainable development.
