Abstract
The book deals with the conflicts between the public's right to information about ongoing criminal proceedings and the right of the accused to a fair trial. The current issue is analyzed in terms of Czech legislation (including the muzzle of the Act) as well as some foreign regulations (German, Austrian, American and British), and in particular from the perspective of Czech, European and international law.
