he topic of the personal vocation and its correlation to religious community is one of the main theological and spiritual themes in the New Testament and in the whole Bible. Especially the missionary activity of the apostle Paul shows this feature in his letters and in the Acts of the Apostles.
After the living example of the church in Antioch (Acts 13:1-3), the values to be shared are presented. The missionary activity of the church is built on the principle of co-operation of different personal charisms.
According to the degree of participation in the charisms, the typology of the Apostle\'s co-workers can be presented: a) permanent companions; b) co-workers for particular tasks; c) delegates of communitites. The principal criterion for the choice of persons, the forms of missionary activity and the tactic of evangelization is always the benefit of the communities and of the mission.
