Abstract
Incorporation of the parish to the monastic house is now a historical phenomenon. Nevertheless, such an incorporation is valid into present time, if has not been abolished through an juridical act (individual or normative).
The mere silence of the recent Code of Canon Law about this matter does not an abolishing effect.
