Is Fear the Best Advisor to the Church?: the Concordat between the Holy See and Czech Republic

Abstract

Author analyses the text of the treaty under negotiation which, in fact, adds nothing to the existing legal condition of the Roman Catholic Church in Czech Republic. It only intends to prevent possible future changes of this condition.
