Abstract
The article discusses the conception of Christianity of the Czech philosopher Emanuel Rádl and its evaluation from the theologian J. L.
Hromádka. Hromádka criticises Rádl´s Christian activism, his conception of God (Truth) as that, what should be, and his too intensive emphasis on the law missing the principal role of the grace in Christianity.
