Abstract
The publication represents a completely new, complex processing issues of corporate law, from the perspective of regulation historical, current and future - after the effective date of re-codification of private law. Substantial analysis is the concept of the business in European Union law complemented by the case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union.
There is also an extension to the law firm and its organizational units in the Slovak Republic.
