Abstract

Attending to the needs of pupils from socially disadvantaged environment is one of the most important aims for developing inclusive education in Czech schools. The authors present a part of larger research focused on teacher assistants’ activities in regular schools, emphasizing the preferred personal qualities and effective ways of work of teacher assistants for pupils from socially disadvantaged environment.
