Abstract
Legal-philosophical publications dealing with fundamental rights issues. Author wrote his reflections on the law and its relation to other normative systems, primarily to morality.
The publication discusses what the law should be and what should be its relationship to morality. There is presented a perfect model along with pointing out some of the causes that lead to the fact that the indicated model situation can not be achieved.
Also included are reflections on what may deficits in the relationship between law and morality lead. The work was awarded first in the category of Talent Competition Lawyer of the Year 2012.
