Abstract
Hospital chaplains like the part of multidisciplinary team are something new in the Czech Republic. Czech Republic has not got legislative frame.
Each hospital has got original system for the cooperation with churches. Hospital chaplain is unique and specific mission.
Spiritual needs of man who has got disease is introduce to casuistic - real story of two people which one is illness and second want to be with the first man in good and bad.
