Abstract
A collection of eyewitness testimonies (in Romani and Czech languages) on the life of the Roma in Slovakia, since the establishment of the Slovak State till the Slovak National Uprising. The book presents the results of several decades of field research on war testimonies.
The book includes a consice introduction on the historical background of the persecution of the Roma in Europe during the Second World War.
