Abstract
EPC delivery method (Engineer-Procure-Construct) gained an extensive popularity with some construction projects mainly because of foreseeable final contract price and time for completion. However there is an alternative to EPC, so called EPCM (Engineer-Procure-Construction Management) delivery method.
