Abstract
One of the weakness of public procurement in the Czech Republic is its low implementation principles economy, efficiency and effectiveness. The article analyses problem evaluation of offers from the point of view economy, effectiveness and efficiency criteria and gives proposals for interconection of rational decision making procedures with principles 3E.
