Abstract

The object of the Act was according to view of offical statement to educate to work, morality and expertise such persons, who were threat to peoples-democratic regime. The decision whether a person should be sent to such a camp, and the lenght of his stay there, was the responsibility of commissions of the Regional National Committes.
