Conversion of the Birds Directive and the Habitats Directive into Czech Law

Abstrakt

Lecture considers conversion problems of the Council Directive 79/409/EEC on the conservation of wild birds and the Council Directive 92/43/EEC on the conservation of natural habitats and of wild fauna and flora within the Czech legal regulation and author struggles for finding legally admissible solutions.
