The attempts to overcome the legal dualism in the inter-war Czechoslovakia: the codification of the civil and commercial law

Abstract

The article concetrates in detail on particular drafts and proposals to codify civil and commercial law in teh first years of the existance of the Czech republic. It also gives answers to the questions, why these attempts were not successful.
