Does Voting over National Dimension Provide more National Influence in the European Parliament than Voting over Ideological Dimension?

Abstrakt

Analysis is provided for dual structure of European Parliament: national and party ones. Preference for acting on national base is evaluated as well as tendency to act on party base.
