Sporting nationality in the light of the Law of the European Union

Abstract

This article assesses the phenomenon known as sports nationality from the perspective of European Union law. Its aim is to assess the compliance of the rules governing international sports organizations, athletes belonging to national teams with specific provisions of EU law.
