Using Concept Maps in Education

Abstract

This article indicates hierarchical concept maps, interpreted by J. D.

Novak, as a didactic tool in education depended on the levels of control. It focuses on the possibilities of using this kind of graphic organizers in the educational process from the perspective of teachers and pupils and their implementation in teaching.

It shows the integration of concept map on a low level of direction to students´ education.
