Thecamoebian assemblages from the Turiec and Bánovce basins (Miocene of the Central Paratethys) - relation to recent assemblages

Abstract

The Miocene fresh-water and brackish thecamoebian assemblages were revided. In comparison with Recent assemblages, the fossil tests are two ot three times larger and fossil assemblages are low diversified.
