Abstract
Those, who are familiar with the television series, I.T. Crowd, or have ever phoned up a computer service hotline, know that after listening to the frustrated user describe the speci!cs of the ongoing malfunction, the !rst suggestion by the computer experts will be: “Let’s try to turn it o" and then back on again”.
