Abstract

The study deals with dodecaphony and serialism in Czech choral literature o the 1960s. The author concentrates on a analysis of the composition Skalické zvony (Bells of Skalica) by C.

Kohoutek. He concludes that despite mathematical approach to the organisation of tone material the composition sounds very dramatic.
