Abstract
The article deals with the controversial interpretation of subjects of criminalistic versions and their critical examination. It issues from the proposition that criminalistic versions represent a separate clear-up criminalistic method fot the recognition and proving of the truth about a relevant criminal event in criminal proceedings, Criminal Law and Criminal Code being strictly observed.
