Abstract

This is the first report on the molecular mechanism of ellipticine oxidation by peroxidases (human myeloperoxidase, human and ovine cyclooxygenases, bovine lactoperoxidase, horseradish peroxidase) to species forming ellipticine-DNA adducts.
