The personal experiences with the study of insect associated fungi

Abstract

The paper reviewed methods used in study of fungi associated with subcortical insect, based on the personal experience of the author. In particular, procedures used in study of ophiostomatoid and ambrosia fungi, genera like Geosmithia etc. are presented.
