Epi-convergence and lower and epi-upper semicontinuous approximations in distribution

Abstrakt

The paper presents an idea how to define epi-convergence and lower and epi-upper approximations in distribution. Even if the spaces are metric the setup is giving new features because the approximations are not supported by any topology.
