Building of Scenario Tree for Asset Returns via Moment Fitting: Experience and Problems in case of ALM Model

Abstract

In this paper we aim at building of scenario tree for an ALM. Scenario tree for assets was generated according to the already known procedure based on programming goal ideas.

In addition, checking of no-arbitrage conditions was included.
