Ultrafast carrier dynamics in undoped microcrystalline silicon

Abstrakt

We have studied ultrafast dynamics of photoexcited carriers in c-Si:H by pump and probe laser spectroscopy. We have found that the dynamics of photoexcited carriers in c-Si:H depend on the crystallinity of the material.
