Water and Sediment Quality in Fluvial Lakes ? the Central Elbe River

Abstract

This article brings the information about the natural state and the impact of human activities on fluvial lakes in the central part of the Elbe River. Significant differences were found in waterquality as well as heavy metal concentrations in sediments.
