Abstract

An attempt at elucidating the problem if novel characters have an 'inside', and, hence, if they can be treated as subjectivities. The point of departure is given in Jan Sokol's concept of person, which is compared to the conception of novel character in M.

Kundera, P- Kohout, K. Capek.
