The "plague of the freedom" : The French suspected of jacobinism in Bohemia and Moravia (1790-1800)

Abstract

The study analyses different groups of emigrés to Bohemia and Moravia from the revolutionary France and from the countries occupied by France in the 1790´s, the motives of their emigration and different ways they were treated by the Austrian police and authorities.
