Morphology of CdSe films prepared by chemical bath deposition: The role of substrate

Abstract

We combine optical spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy to study the growth and the structural morphology of CdSe films prepared by chemical bath deposition (CBD) on two considerably different substrates.
