Would a joint body pursuant to Art. 10b(3) of the Czech Constitution be an appropriate model for the exercise "European" powers of the chambers of Parliament?

Abstract

The chapter considers the possible advantages and disadvantages of establishing a joint body of the chambers of Czech Parliament for the scrutiny of EU affairs and outlines experiences of other EU member states with this type of bodies.
