Abstract
The feast of Sokar ranked among major festivals celebrated in the Memphite necropolis. Fragments of papyri found in Raneferef's mortuary temple, which concern a large amount of offerings distributed from the cited temple and the Temple of Ptah, probably refer to this feast.
