Problems with the realization of compulsory social solidarity in CR (part 2)

Abstract

This second part of the article dealt with the social reforms after the year 2000, namely with the third and fourth wave of reforms of social protection. The third, left wing wave of reforms extended compulsory solidarity especially with respect to social welfare.

The fourth, centre-right wing reforms took place in 2008-2012. The analysis is not based on economic, but on social aspects connected with the sustainability of compulsory solidarity.
