Pharmacokinetics of flubendazole and its metabolites in lambs and adult sheep (Ovis aries)

Abstrakt

The study found a significant gender effect on pharmacokinetics of flubendazole and (+)-reduced flubendazole in adult sheep. Moreove, a wide difference was observed in pharmacokinetics of flubendazole, (+)-reduced flubendazole and hydrolyzed flubendazole between adult sheep and lambs.
