Introductory review covers novel CKD-MBD definition and classification of bone and vascular pathology in chronic kidney disease. Next, importance of ultrasonography of parathyroid glands in nephrology is explained.
Also syndrome of calciphylaxis is briefly noted. All these topics are subjects of further separate descriptions.
