Abstract
Even more expensive tools are used nowadays in the treatment of skin wounds, particular-ly chronic. Right management of such care needs duality input data.
Our aim was to deve-lop a valid, accurate, repeatable and inexpensive. Metod of wound assessment and to obta-in a tool for effective wound management.
The paper describes results of trstiny of Evolu-tion Medic computer program, which uses a planimetric method of assessment of wound area based on digital photos.
