Cholinesterase reactivators: mapping of their effect in the rat brain (toxicological, biochemical and histochemical study)

Abstrakt

This study presents results achieved by experimental intoxication of laboratory rat using nerve agents and its following therapy. The universality of oximes to be able to reactivate AChE inhibited by all nerve agent is also questioned.
